Scientific poster – Inter- and intra-laboratory reproducibility of the AmpFire® HPV Screening 16/18/HR assay

This poster summarizes the investigation of the reproducibility (within a laboratory and between laboratories) of the AmpFire HPV Screening 16/18/HR assay which detects and identifies HPV16, HPV18 and a group of 12 other high risk HPV types (HPV31/33/35/39/45/51/52/56/58/59/66/68). The results show an excellent intra-and inter-reproducibility, as well as excellent genotype-specific reproducibility. Additionally, a literature review was performed to evaluate the published data on the clinical performance of this assay.
