Reagent kit for the colorimetric measurement of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE).

 
Features and principle:

ACE Color is an in-vitro diagnostic test kit for the measurement of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity in human serum.

This test is based on the colorimetric assay using a new substrate (p-hydroxybenzoyl-glycyl-L-histidyl-L-leucine).

This test is extremely simple and has a good reproducibility compared with conventional assays for Serum Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE).

The concentration of quinoneimine dye is quantitatively measured at its absorbance maximum at 505 nm to evaluate the activity of ACE.
